Madrianne Wong

Content Strategy & Facilitation Partner

Madrianne Wong is a certified transformational coach who supports Brancu & Associates with content strategy, development, and facilitation for our Strategic Leadership Pathway Program. She left her career in mental health to dive headfirst into adventures around the world. Upon returning to the United States in 2019, she became a certified transformational coach.

Now, she primarily works with women of color towards expanding their dreams and forging paths to align their daily lives accordingly. She uses the connectivity and creativity she cultivated during her travels to design, create, and facilitate bespoke retreats to help her clients experience a taste of their dreams.

Postgraduate Charitable Partner Associate

Dana Ajeen is supporting our charitable partnership with A Lotta Love by focusing on publishing the implementation and impact of the work. Dana graduated from the University of North Carolina (UNC)-Wilmington in May 2019 with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in English as a Second Language. At UNCW she was recognized with a Distinguished Engagement Award for her pertinent involvement both within the University and the greater Wilmington community.

As a UNCW student, Dana formerly worked in a neurophysiology lab studying trauma and resilience in adolescents and at the Duke Center for Autism and Brain Development as a Clinical Research Specialist. With her passion for advancing the mental health field, Dana applies her combined psychological and educational experience and research to support organizations in intervention and implementation work.

 
Rawan Ajeen

Rawan Ajeen

Postgraduate Charitable Partner Associate

Rawan Ajeen is supporting our charitable partnership with A Lotta Love by focusing on publishing the implementation and impact of the work. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in May 2019 with a B.S. in Public Health (Nutrition, highest honors), B.S. in Psychology, and a minor in Arabic. At UNC she was recognized with the Susan McHale Award for outstanding psychological research from UNC's Department of Psychology and Neuroscience.

Rawan formerly worked as a Research Coordinator at Children's National Hospital in Washington DC and is currently also working as a Research Specialist with the Department of Epidemiology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. With her well-rounded public health industry knowledge and research experience, she uses her platform for social impact by combining her unique skills to work alongside NGOs that provide humanitarian support. She plans to return for a PhD in the near future to combine her interests in public health and mental health.
