Most leadership consultants are hired to support only mid- and senior-level women leaders in an organization. This is an important service that needs to be continued as women continue to be underrepresented at the highest levels of leadership (read more in the McKinsey & Company report here).

At the same time, we are not spending enough attention to largest segment of women in our society: those who are early in their careers or transitioning to new roles, may be emerging as new leaders, or represent underserved populations.

That’s 50% of the entry-level workforce!

This large group of women has the potential to make an impact at work and in their community if given the right tools and support.

In addition, all organizations benefit from developing a more resilient and strategic-thinking culture. This doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen with pre-packaged one-size-fits-all programs.

To make that kind of change and impact, you need a more thoughtfully-developed leadership or strategy coaching and consulting program. Such a program must have the following components:

  • High-level expertise in behavioral change at individual, team, and organizational levels.

  • Direct experience serving in management and leadership roles to understand your situation.

  • Credibility based on extensive knowledge, training, and experience - having a “coaching certificate” or having been a manager in one specific organization is simply not enough to know how to navigate increasingly complex systems and politics.

My passion is to equip companies and leaders with the best tools needed in order to meet their unique goals using the best methods for making that change.
