Our vision is to accelerate the number of women in our communities who step into leadership roles.


We specifically aim to support emerging and underserved women leaders, directly and through their allies, by providing tailored leadership and strategy consulting services to organizations and individuals who support this aim.

Our Model

We use a Pay-it-Forward model so that clients who receive our services have opportunities to support other emerging and underserved women leaders who may not currently have the same resources. 

Our Services

Services are designed based on a collaborative assessment of needs and can include training, tailored coaching, and leadership development programs. All services incorporate aspects of resiliency and apply best practices in change management principles to leadership and strategic effectiveness.
